Gas Turkish Delight Cooking Kettle (Copper-Chrome)

In Turkish delight production, the cooking stage is of great importance for the consistency, structure, and homogeneity of the product. The variable-speed mixing system inside the machine ensures continuous movement of raw materials throughout the cooking process, helping the product mix evenly. This supports achieving the recipe-appropriate consistency in a more controlled manner.

The copper cauldron option contributes to even heat distribution across the cauldron surface thanks to its high thermal conductivity. The chrome cauldron option is offered as an alternative according to facility requirements. Both cauldron types can be selected depending on the product to be manufactured and user preference.

The fuel system is designed to operate with LPG or natural gas. Production can be carried out by selecting the fuel option suitable for the facility's existing infrastructure.

The motorized tilting system allows the cauldron to be raised and lowered in a controlled manner. This structure helps the cooked product to be discharged safely and practically. The mixing paddles are designed for easy assembly and disassembly, enabling cleaning and maintenance operations to be completed in a short time.
