While products are conveyed to the cutting section on the lower conveyor belt, the upper conveyor system supports the stable advancement of the product. The independent speed control of the lower and upper belts provides the flexibility to accommodate different product dimensions and production speeds. This configuration assists in the controlled conveyance of the product throughout the cutting process.
The cutting operation is performed by a speed-controlled guillotine blade system. The guillotine mechanism ensures products are cut uniformly at predetermined dimensions, enabling production of various Turkish delight and confectionery types. Rolled or molded Turkish delights can be cut into strip or cube forms, and the machine can also operate according to different product dimensions.
The Easy-Start button on the machine allows the operator to quickly activate the system, while the Emergency Stop button supports safe operating conditions. This configuration provides the operator with safe and practical operation during production.
The machine utilizes GMTCNT brand drives and ELK Motor brand motors. All product-contact surfaces are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel. The hygienic design allows for easy cleaning.
