After products are placed on the cutting tray, the tray is precisely advanced into the cutting area under the control of magnetic sensors. Once the cutting operation is completed, the tray automatically returns to its starting position. This operating principle contributes to a more consistent production flow.
Thanks to the mechanical Turkish delight turning system on the machine, the product can be oriented for cutting in different directions. The working position of the turning system is adjustable according to product dimensions. This enables production in various sizes and cutting measurements.
The cutting operation is performed by a gear-driven, speed-controlled guillotine blade system. The operating speed of the guillotine motor can be adjusted via the operator panel. This configuration provides the flexibility to accommodate different product structures and cutting requirements.
The tray movement system also operates with a gear-driven, speed-controlled motor. The controlled execution of cutting and conveying movements ensures consistent product processing.
The machine utilizes GMTCNT brand drives and ELK Motor brand motors. A protective guard is installed at the front of the guillotine blade for safe operation.
All product-contact surfaces are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel. The hygienic design allows for easy cleaning. The robust frame construction provides long-lasting and reliable operation under intensive production conditions.
