Coconut Press Machine

The pressing system ensures the product is uniformly shaped on the conveyor belt. Thanks to its adjustable working structure, production can be carried out for different product thicknesses. The resulting product is transferred to the next production stage in an orderly manner.

After the shaping process, the product may be fed into a pre-cooling tunnel depending on the recipe and production environment. The length and operating temperature of the pre-cooling tunnel are determined according to the product structure, production capacity, and ambient conditions. Depending on the application, cooling tunnels of 6 meters or other lengths may be selected.

After pre-cooling, the product is transferred to the chocolate enrobing machine. Using the enrobing machine, the entire product or desired surfaces can be coated with milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, or compound chocolate. Depending on requirements, decoration application or granule sprinkling units can also be integrated into the line.

Products that have completed the enrobing process are fed into the final cooling tunnel for proper crystallization of the chocolate. The length of the cooling tunnel to be used is determined according to the product dimensions, chocolate variety, production capacity, and ambient temperature. Depending on the production line requirements, cooling tunnels of 12 meters or longer may be selected.

All surfaces in contact with the product are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel. Manufactured using food-grade materials, the machine features a hygienic design for easy cleaning. In addition to the standard model, solutions with different belt widths and production capacities can be offered according to customer requirements.
